A small orphanage in Transylvannia, Northern Romania, is a far cry from a pleasantly appointed, well-resourced hearing centre in Oxford, but for Richard Moss, senior partner at the Oxford Hearing Centre, Casa Hope (the House of Hope) has become a familiar sight.
